Shipping (Postage & Packaging)
3.1 When will I receive my order?
It is our aim to ship all orders next day after receiving the full payment.
EU customers will receive the goods within 2-6 days.
Express courier service will arrive within 1-2 days.
Worlwide orders will arrive within 5 – 14 working days.
You’ll receive your tracking number after we have received the payment.
Please contact us in case you didn’t receive the goods.
3.2 How are goods dispatched?
European Orders are dispatched by:
- Registered mail,
- UPS Express service.
All orders will require a signature on delivery.
International orders are dispatched by:
- Registered mail

3.4 What are your delivery prices?
- Registered mail – 9€ (incl. tax),
- UPS Express service (EU only) – 30€ (incl. tax).
3.5 Do you ship worldwide?
We don't ship to Austria.
We strongly recommend you to check your local laws to ensure that you can legally purchase the products we sell before ordering. By ordering, you will have confirmed that you have done so.
3.6 Is your packaging discreet?
We fully appreciate the need for discreet packaging. As such, all of our items are shipped in a small box with internal padding to protect your goods.
There are no web site logos and there will be no reference to the contents on the exterior of the packaging itself.
The package will display your address and a return address without Bulk Seed Bank logos etc.

3.7 Do you ship items in original packaging?
All items will be shipped in their original packaging so you can be assured that you are getting exactly what you have ordered.
3.8 How do I know if you have received and dispatched my order?
When you place your order we will send you a confirmation email with a reference number to let you know we are processing your order. You will receive an additional email to let you know your order has been shipped. You can also view the status of your order and whether or not it has been shipped by accessing the ‘my account’ section on the Bulk Seed Bank website.
3.9 Can I track my item once I have ordered?
Once your order has been dispatched an automated email with tracking reference is sent to the email address you supplied us with, along with a link to the website where you can track your order. The level to which you can track your shipment will depend on the service selected and the country to which it is being sent. If you have any issues regarding your order please contact us, and remember to have your reference number at hand.
3.10 Why have I not received my order yet?
If you have not received your order within the timescales set out above then please feel free to contact us and we will try to find the reason for the delay.
3.11 I’m not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel. If you won’t be in on further delivery attempts or are unable to collect your parcel, then your parcel will be returned to Bulk Seed Bank. When we receive this parcel, we will refund for the items only and not the postage costs. All customers receive a tracking number and courier website link. We recommend that you regularly track your parcel just in case an 'attempted delivery card' is not posted through your door.
3.12 Can my order be shipped to a PO Box address?
We cannot send to PO Box addresses as all our delivery options require a signature on delivery.
