How do I place an order?

Pick the items you like, choose the pack size and quantities and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay, press one of many checkout buttons on the website, the easiest being in the top right hand corner of each page. You can choose to checkout as guest or as a registered member. Fill in all the details as prompted and choose your shipping and payment options. Do you ship seeds to my country?

All orders are shipped worldwide by standard airplane delivery for €12,00 except Slovenia. You can also choose secret airplane delivery (hidden in another product) for €14,00. Customers from the EU can also choose GLS Express shipping for €10,00 – €28,00 or Secret GLS Express for €13,00 – €31,00 (depends on the country zone), or UPS Express shipping for €30,00 or Secret UPS Express for €33,00. Our items are shipped discreetly and include a tracking number.

    Terms and conditions of this online shop are compiled in accordance with European Consumer Law, Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) of Republic of Slovenia, the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) of Republic of Slovenia, and are based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia and international codes for online and electronic business and other legal acts.

    PRODUCT OFFER, DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPMENT COSTS

    The products offered by the merchant are listed in the online store under the appropriate categories. Product images are NOT actual product images. The merchant reserves the right to add, change or remove products from the offer. In the event that a particular product is not in stock, this can be seen on the website.

    Merchant will deliver the ordered products to the costumer in the shortest time possible after costumers full payment. The estimated delivery time for shipments in Europe is 2 – 6 days. For shipments wordwide the estimated delivery time is 5 – 14 days.

    Please note that during state of emergency (such as war, natural disaster, pandemic, economic crisis and other) the estimated delivery times can change significantly.

    European orders are shipped with Standard delivery by registered post, Discrete delivery by registered post, GLS Express delivery, Discrete GLS Express delivers, UPS Express delivery and Discrete UPS Express delivery.
    Orders outside Europe are shipped with Standard delivery by registered post and Discrete delivery by registered post.
    All orders require a signature upon delivery (return receipt).

    Although the merchant ships the products worldwide, shipping is not allowed to the following countries: Republic of Slovenija,

    PRICES

    All prices in the online store are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    The discounted price is the reduced regular price at which the presented item is sold for a definite or indefinite period of time. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. All prices in the online store are the prices of products and do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs will be charged in the »CART« section upon selecting the shipment destination.
    All the prices are valid only for orders made through the online store. Prices are valid in case of payment with the payment methods listed below.

    The merchant reserves the right to change the price and the right to fix the price due to an obvious mistake in the online store. The costumer will be notified of the latter within 24 hours of placing the order.

    The purchase contract between the merchant and the costumer is concluded at the moment when the merchant confirms the order (the costumer receives an electronic confirmation message). From this moment on, the prices and conditions are valid for both the merchant and the costumer.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY

    The merchant accepts the following methods of payment for the purchase of products from the online store:
    – Direct Bank Transfer (BACS);
    – Crypto-currency by CoinPayments.net (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, BlackCoin, Dash, DigiByte, Dogecoin, Ether Classic, Ether, Komodo, Qtum, TrueUSD, Monero, Zcash, Bitcoin Adult, PIVX and RevolutionVR);
    – Credit or Debit card (transaction via Anti-Fraud Weldpay system);

    Payment details will be provided in the order confirmation e-mail which the costumer will receive upon concluding the order and chosing the method of payment.

    Costumer is obliged to pay 100% of the payment in advance. The ordered products will be shipped after receiving the full payment, no exceptions.

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ASSOCIATED COSTS

    The costumer has the right to inform the merchant within 14 days that he is withdrawing from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision (cooling-off period). Costumer can inform the merchant about his withdrawal by sending an email to merchant on info@bulkseedbank.org. If the withdrawal is made within the legal deadline, the trader shall return all received payments immediately or no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The trader shall return the payment received to the costumer by the transaction account communicated to him by the costumer. The only cost borne by the costumer due to the withdrawal from the sales contract is the cost of returning the products to the merchant.

    We have the right to deny a refund until you have returned the goods to us or until you provided us with evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

    The costumer must return the goods to the following address: GOSTORE Ltd., Trg republike 3, 1000 Ljubljana, in person or by post. The costumer must return the goods undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity.

    RECLAMATION

    The costumer can file a complaint (reclamation) about the product if the product does not have the characteristics explicitly provided by the merchant, if the merchant sent the wrong products, if the merchant send the products in the wrong quantity or if the products otherwise deviate from the costumer’s order.

    The costumer can send a complaint to info@bulkseedbank.org. In the complaint report, the buyer must list and describe (in details) the defects in the goods and suggest a way to resolve the complaint (elimination of the defect, replacement of goods, return of goods and payment).

    The merchant will deal with any complaint in accordance with the provisions of the European consumer law.

    APPLICATION OF LAW

    Slovenian law shall apply to any disputes arising from the use of the Website. The court in Ljubljana is competent for resolving possible disputes.

    2. I tried to buy online but had technical difficulties. How do I know if my order has gone through?
    If you experience difficulties during the checkout phase of your order and are unsure as to whether the order has been completed, we recommend you to check the e-mail address you have provided to see whether you received a confirmation e-mail. If you are unable to find a confirmation e-mail we would recommend you contact us via e-mail so we can confirm the exact status of your order. Always check your spam folder.
    3. What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
    In the unlikely event that we have run out of stock you will receive an e-mail from us outlining options available to you. These are likely to include the following:
    1) Wait for the item/s to be restocked.
    2) Select an alternative product of the same value. If ordering a more expensive product we will require additional payment.
    3) If you have placed an order for multiple items and we can only fulfill part of your order, we will contact you to ascertain if we should:
    a) Hold your entire order back until the out of stock items have been restocked, and then send you all the items in one package.
    b) Send you the in-stock items to you immediately and then send the out of stock items to you at a later date once they have been restocked. Please note that we will not charge you any extra delivery costs if you choose this option.

    If you can’t find something you’re looking for then please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and ask. We will be more than happy to let you know all we can with regards to forthcoming products and if we can source what you’re after. We will try our best to fulfill your order.
    11. The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?
    We believe the price agreed at the time of your order is the price you are happy to pay and we will not be able to refund any difference should that item subsequently be discounted further.

    Our operating hours are 24 hours per day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
    13. When will I receive my order?
    It is our aim to ship all orders next day after receiving the full payment.

    17. Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, however we don’t ship to Slovenia. We strongly recommend you to check your local laws to ensure that you can legally purchase the products we sell before ordering. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have done so.
    18. Is your packaging discreet?
    We fully appreciate the need for discreet packaging. As such, all of our items are shipped in a small box with internal padding to protect your goods. There are no web site logos and there will be no reference to the contents on the exterior of the packaging itself. The package will display your address and a return address without Bulk Seed Bank logos etc. If you have any special requirements, then please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to assist you.
    19. Do you ship items in original packaging?
    All items will be shipped in their original packaging so you can be assured that you are getting exactly what you have ordered.
    20. How do I know if you have received and dispatched my order?
    When you place your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a reference number to let you know we are processing your order. You will receive an additional e-mail to let you know your order has been shipped. You can also view the status of your order and whether or not it has been shipped by visiting the My Account section on the Bulk Seed Bank website.
    21. Can I track my item once I have ordered?
    Once your order has been dispatched an automated e-mail with tracking reference is sent to the e-mail address you supplied us with, along with a link to the website where you can track your order. The level to which you can track your shipment will depend on the service selected and the country to which it is being sent. If you have any issues regarding your order please contact us, and remember to have your reference number at hand.
    22. Why have I not received my order yet?
    If you have not received your order within the timescales set out above then please feel free to contact us and we will try to find the reason for the delay. We are not responsible for any losses or damages for items and packages shipped outside the European Union (EU), that do not arrive to your address. Please check your order, payment and shipping details thoroughly. If you do not receive your items we are not responsible, therefore we can not return or refund any payments from countries outside of the European Union (EU). In the unlikely event that you did not receive your order outside the European Union (EU) for whatever reason we are not responsible. All orders placed outside the European Union (EU) are on your own responsibility. If your order does not arrive you are solely responsible.
    23. I’m not going to be in when you deliver my package. What will happen?
    The carrier will leave you a paper notification informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this notification there are instructions on how to obtain your package. If you won’t be in on further delivery attempts or are unable to collect your package, then your parcel will be returned to Bulk Seed Bank. When we receive this parcel, we will refund for the items only and not the postage costs. All customers receive a tracking number and courier website link. We recommend that you regularly track your parcel just in case an ‘attempted delivery card’ is not posted through your door.
    24. Can my order be shipped to a PO Box address?
    We can not send to PO Box addresses as all our delivery options require a signature on delivery.
    25. What payment methods do you accept?

    29. Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you would like to cancel your order or make any amendments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order. Please type ‘Cancellation’ or ‘Order Change’ along with your order number in the subject field of the e-mail so we can look into the matter. Once an item has been shipped we cannot then cancel the order.
    30. What is your return policy?
    We accept no returns unless the product is damaged before dispatch or during travel to you. If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives and it returns to us undamaged, you will not get a full refund for your order, we will refund for the items only and not the postage costs. We are not responsible for any losses or damages for items and packages shipped outside the European Union (EU), that do not arrive to your address.     31. I have received damaged goods, what should I do?
    We at Bulk Seed Bank take every effort to double check your purchase thoroughly for any damage before it leaves us. If you encounter any issues though please contact us immediately and we will advise a course of action to rectify the situation. Please be aware that we may require you to e-mail us images of the product so we can get a better understanding of your problem. If a package appears to have been damaged in transit it is essential that you sign the courier’s paperwork as damaged. Signing for the package as damaged will improve our chances in any insurance claim should that be necessary.
    32. I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?
    We double check that every order is accurate and correct, however errors can happen from time to time. In the unlikely event that you receive goods that you haven’t ordered please advise us of the details by e-mail at info@bulkseedbank.org and return the incorrectly delivered items in their original packaging. We will do our best to replace the incorrectly delivered item(s) as quickly as possible and refund any shipping charges which may have occurred.
    33. How long will it take to refund me?
